Self-Reliance

So one of the major things going on in my mind right now is the need for me to be independent and self reliant.  It's also really important for me to be self sufficient, eco-friendly; that kind of thing.  And really these things fit in with each other quite well.  For example part of me being independent is being financially independent.  And part of that is having fewer monthly expenses.  So to this end I've gotten more reusable feminine pads (yea, I know y'all want to know about that shit LOL) So not only will this cut down monthly moon time expenses as well as be more environmentally friendly.  I'm also still intending to make reusable pads for my swiffer sweep-n-vac so I can just wash 'em instead of having to throw them way and buy more.

So at any rate, what I'm working on incorporating into my life right now is so me couponing.  Now, I don't have the will, desire or spoons to do it like the people on T.V.  However, that doesn't mean I can't spend a few minutes every week to print off coupons for things I know we use regularly.  So I spent a good couple hours today to get an expandable file folder ready for me to start, and printing off coupons.  I seriously had no idea it was so easy to print off coupons.  So I'm pretty excited to start this.  Even if I only save $5-10 per week it's something and that shit adds up! Plus, this is the time for me to get used to this kind of stuff, 'cuz I have the finances to take time to find systems that work for me.
Once I really get into the couponing I intend to get this.  I saw a Youtube video with someone who uses one of her coupon holder thingys and it looks so cool!  Designed for it and it can hang on the cart so that's just really cool.  She's got some that an hold over 1k coupons!!  That's ssooooo many! O_O Damn.  ..... Make that 3 thousand coupons.  OMG  The time it takes for that... even after I can't work anymore I just can't see myself spending that kind of time on it.  Fucks sake... LOL

So at any rate that's what's going on right now.
